One way we do this is by spelling out the fine points of the process in detail, so there are no unwelcome surprises. Here is an outline of the process and how we work to minimize problems:
- We start by putting everything on paper. You get detailed estimates, drawings, plans and even work schedules all in writing, all to keep you informed of what's going on. We keep you updated verbally in person and by phone.
- Every remodeling job creates some degree of dust and disorder. We try to minimize the disruption by careful planning, use of dust-catching barriers, and ongoing communication to keep you informed of the changes taking place in your home. We can even set up a temporary kitchen and/or bathroom.
- Follow-up. Once we've completely cleaned up and cleared out of your home, we will keep in touch to make sure you are completely satisfied with your renovated home, and make any adjustments if needed.
